Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until route completion
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or related fields encouraged
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated to pursue career growth and leadership opportunities
Job Duties
- Provide routine and deep home cleaning services
- Maintain high-quality cleaning standards
- Manage assigned routes efficiently within scheduled hours
- Use company-provided supplies and equipment responsibly
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Adhere to company safety and cleanliness protocols
- Participate in company performance incentive programs
