Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • valid passport for international travel
  • at least 21 years of age
  • minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • conduct pre-flight safety checks
  • deliver west coast-inspired in-flight service
  • ensure guest safety and comfort throughout the flight
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest needs
