Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and social media platforms
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required
  • a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Job Duties

  • assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish

  • coordinate logistics for events, including catering, transportation, and audio-visual needs
  • communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and manage contracts
  • maintain event budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports
  • assist in creating promotional materials and social media content for events
