Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and social media platforms
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required
- a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Job Duties
- assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
- help with market research to identify potential venues and suppliers

- maintain event budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports
- assist in creating promotional materials and social media content for events
