High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
Maintain event schedules and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure event success
Help with marketing and promotion efforts, including social media and email campaigns
Prepare event materials, including badges, programs, and signage
Set up and dismantle event locations, ensuring they meet specified requirements
