Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of event management software is a plus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in planning and organizing various events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for the events
- Help in preparing event materials including signage, registration lists, and event giveaways
- Manage event setup and breakdown ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the event
- Serve as a point of contact for attendees addressing questions and issues as they arise
- Monitor and track event budgets providing updates to the event manager as needed
