Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of event management software is a plus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning and organizing various events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for the events
  • Help in preparing event materials including signage, registration lists, and event giveaways
  • Manage event setup and breakdown ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the event
  • Serve as a point of contact for attendees addressing questions and issues as they arise
  • Monitor and track event budgets providing updates to the event manager as needed
