Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- no prior event experience required
- willingness to learn and participate in paid training
- ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown
- coordinate event logistics including vendor setup, equipment organization, and guest registration
- greet and engage with attendees creating a welcoming and informative experience
- manage signage, branded displays, and giveaways to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency
- handle administrative tasks such as data entry, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting
- represent partner brands with professionalism and confidence
- contribute insights during post-event debriefs to improve future activations
