Job Requirements

  • legally eligible to work in the United States
  • no prior event experience required

Job Duties

  • assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown
  • coordinate event logistics including vendor setup, equipment organization, and guest registration
  • greet and engage with attendees creating a welcoming and informative experience
  • manage signage, branded displays, and giveaways to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency
  • handle administrative tasks such as data entry, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting
  • represent partner brands with professionalism and confidence
  • contribute insights during post-event debriefs to improve future activations
