Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • No prior experience required

Job Duties

  • Assist with on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of events and marketing activations
  • Coordinate event logistics, including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest check-in
  • Engage with attendees to deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote partner brands
  • Manage signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
  • Support administrative duties such as attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reports
  • Represent partner brands professionally at all times
  • Participate in post-event evaluations to help improve future events and marketing strategies
