Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of line and banquet cooking experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk long distances
- Ability to push, pull, and carry moderate amounts of weight
- California Food Handlers Certification required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
