Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of related maintenance experience in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or kitchen equipment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- good verbal communication skills and ability to read and write in English
- basic math skills
- ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
- valid driver's license
- physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance
- knowledge of building management systems preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of related experience in maintenance fields such as plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or kitchen equipment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, and Word
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to read and write in English
- basic math skills including adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, and percentages
- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- possession of a valid driver's license
Job Duties
- perform journeyman to advanced level general maintenance including plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical devices
- notify maintenance supervisor or manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment
- receive work assignments via HotSOS, execute assignments and complete work orders as directed
- ensure OSHA compliance at Hollywood Casino & Hotel and actively participate in safety compliance
- interact effectively across departmental lines including guests, vendors, and team members
- perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental needs
