Job Requirements

  • Applicant must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience in required maintenance fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read and write in English and good verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with ability to maintain suitability for driving company or patron vehicles
  • Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical movements including bending, stooping, and balancing
  • Knowledge of building management systems strongly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience in maintenance fields such as plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or kitchen equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, and Word
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals, and percentages
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Job Duties

  • Perform journeyman to advanced level general maintenance, repairs, and support functions in plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical devices
  • Notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of major repair needs or equipment additions
  • Receive and execute work assignments via HotSOS and complete work orders as directed
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and actively participate in safety protocols
  • Interact effectively with guests, vendors, and team members across departments
  • Perform other departmental duties as assigned
