Job Requirements
- Applicant must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience in required maintenance fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read and write in English and good verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
- Possess a valid driver’s license with ability to maintain suitability for driving company or patron vehicles
- Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical movements including bending, stooping, and balancing
- Knowledge of building management systems strongly preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of related experience in maintenance fields such as plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or kitchen equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, and Word
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Job Duties
- Perform journeyman to advanced level general maintenance, repairs, and support functions in plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical devices
- Notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of major repair needs or equipment additions
- Receive and execute work assignments via HotSOS and complete work orders as directed
- Ensure OSHA compliance and actively participate in safety protocols
- Interact effectively with guests, vendors, and team members across departments
- Perform other departmental duties as assigned
