Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales or related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including unsociable hours
- Proficiency with CRM and research tools
- Ability to handle urgent requests 24/7
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have a passion for customer service and aviation

Job Duties
- Build list of potential customers by researching databases, websites, LinkedIn and trade press
- Pro-actively target list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits both face-to-face and virtual
- Convert potential customers to ACS customers
- Build relationships with cargo operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Work to sales targets meeting financial objectives
- Demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
- Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
- Receive inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
- Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating commercial acumen
- Oversee flight departures including flight watching during unsociable hours
