Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and equipment
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel extensively

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to complete the United Airlines paid training program
- Must meet FAA medical and safety standards
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers onboard
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Conduct safety demonstrations and respond to emergency situations
- Assist passengers with special needs and medical emergencies
- Collaborate with the flight crew to maintain a secure and comfortable environment
- Uphold United Airlines policies and procedures
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that represents the United brand
