Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Ability to pass FAA-mandated safety and medical tests
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including holidays and nights
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift weight as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to customer safety and service excellence
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass FAA safety and medical certifications
- Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Previous flight attendant experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety and well-being during flights
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high hospitality standards
- Conduct safety demonstrations and enforce compliance with FAA regulations
- Manage medical emergencies and respond to inflight incidents effectively
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth flight operations
- Assist passengers with special needs and provide support as required
- Represent United Airlines brand positively as a customer service ambassador
