Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement as per FAA regulations
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- Meet physical and medical standards required by the FAA
- Pass background checks and security screenings
- Willingness to relocate for training to Houston, Texas
- Ability to work flexible and variable schedules
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to complete a 6.5-week paid training program
- Must meet FAA safety and health standards
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers
- Provide exceptional customer service onboard
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies
- Conduct safety demonstrations and enforce safety regulations
- Assist passengers with special needs and medical emergencies
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment
- Represent United Airlines as a brand ambassador
