Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
- Ability to complete a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, Texas
- Physical ability to perform safety-related duties
Job Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel internationally
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure passenger safety onboard flights
- Act as a first responder in emergency and medical situations
- Conduct safety demonstrations and enforce federal regulations during all phases of flight
- Support and maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for all passengers
- Collaborate with flight crew to manage inflight service operations
- Participate in continuous training programs and maintain certification standards
- Adapt to flexible schedules including night, weekend, and international flights
