Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Ability to complete a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, Texas
  • Physical ability to perform safety-related duties

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel internationally
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure passenger safety onboard flights
  • Act as a first responder in emergency and medical situations
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and enforce federal regulations during all phases of flight
  • Support and maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for all passengers
  • Collaborate with flight crew to manage inflight service operations
  • Participate in continuous training programs and maintain certification standards
  • Adapt to flexible schedules including night, weekend, and international flights
