Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year experience in handling film, TV and/or music travel
  • minimum of two years experience in domestic and international travel
  • strong SABRE proficiency
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • ability to handle urgent client concerns
  • capacity to work on-call after hours if approved
  • attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate client records
  • knowledge of airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements
  • ability to provide customer-focused solutions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in handling film, TV and/or music travel
  • minimum of two years of experience in travel handling domestic and international travel
  • strong SABRE skills and knowledge required
  • must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • able to provide creative solutions for unusual situations
  • superior client service skills especially with high-end, high-demand travelers

Job Duties

  • Complete travel arrangements for clients including air and hotel reservations
  • must be comfortable performing exchanges and refunds
  • respond to client inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency
  • review client reservations for accuracy and quality
  • proactively correct errors
  • conduct all business in line with standard company and industry procedures
  • provide on-call after-hours services as required by account if approved by manager
  • assure clients are aware of all necessary travel documents and health requirements for international travel
  • responsible for accuracy of client record until departure to ensure all details including seat assignments, meal preferences, upgrades, etc. are completed to the client’s satisfaction
  • research and provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience
  • partner with manager and peers to correct errors
  • maintain awareness of all airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and accurately apply this knowledge to all travel arrangements
  • perform additional duties and projects as requested
