Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in arts management, business, hospitality, event management, or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years progressive experience in box office, venue operations, event production or entertainment management
- proven supervisory experience managing staff and contractors
- strong facility and systems knowledge including ticketing software such as Ticketmaster or Archtics, venue operations tools, and MS Office with reporting tools
- outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- ability to perform under pressure, multitask, and solve problems quickly
- flexibility to work nontraditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as event schedules require
- commitment to exceptional guest experience, accessibility, safety, and professionalism

Job Duties
- Oversee all ticketing operations including sales, exchanges, refunds, allocations, and comps
- serve as the box office point of contact for patrons and resolve inquiries, seating issues, and complaints
- maintain and supervise ticketing system setup including event creation, seating charts, pricing tiers, and holds
- generate box office reports, reconcile sales, and coordinate with finance and accounting
- train, schedule, and manage box office staff, ushers, and front-of-house personnel
- manage venue operations including facility setup, signage, asset management, cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and compliance
- coordinate with performers, agents, production crews, and technical staff to ensure seamless event delivery
- develop, document, and enforce operational policies, standard procedures, and emergency protocols
- plan and schedule entertainment events, theme nights, artist residencies, and special programming
- negotiate contracts with local talent, promoters, and agents
- manage riders, hospitality, and backstage requirements
- collaborate with marketing and sales to drive ticket demand and promotions
- analyze event performance, audience feedback, and trends to refine programming and venue offerings
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned
