Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- five years prior experience in theater or booking entertainment or alternative experience as deemed appropriate
- box office and Ticketmaster experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple projects
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Assist with identifying and securing artists to ensure an exceptional audience experience
- develop and maintain strong relationships with booking agents, managers, and industry professionals
- collaborate with production teams, promoters, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution, including ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and security
- remain abreast of emerging talent and entertainment trends
- partner with marketing to promote events
- assist with on-floor promotional efforts
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned
