Job Duties

  • Act as Technical Director for all entertainment productions at L'Auberge Baton Rouge
  • Acquire approval on all proposed activities
  • Maintain entertainment budget requirements
  • Create entertainment budget, ensuring funds are expended efficiently and generating projected revenues and head counts
  • Report monthly expenses and explain variances to budget
  • Review all artist technical riders and ensure requirements are met, negotiated, or waived
  • Draft supporting documentation for concerts and live entertainment including contract addendums and budget worksheets
  • Execute approved concerts and live shows including budgeting, staffing, logistics, scheduling, and monitoring service levels
  • Establish contact with artist's Road/Production Manager to coordinate load-in times, sound checks, crew calls, and back line requirements
  • Ensure optimum inventory of supplies is maintained to meet artist needs
  • Assist in the development of design and production specifications to maintain production schedules
  • Ensure artist dressing rooms are properly prepared and maintained
  • Assist in ensuring company-owned equipment is properly maintained
  • Complete job tasks timely according to department standards
