Job Requirements

  • Passion for excellence in client service with ability to anticipate needs proactively
  • Experience in corporate entertainment and production travel for three to five years
  • Proficient in using Sabre GDS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Integrity in handling traveler information
  • Flexible to work afternoon shifts from 12pm to 12am
  • Ability to work remotely
  • US work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • Three to five years of corporate entertainment and production travel experience
  • Native expertise in Sabre Global Distribution System
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to act with integrity and protect personal traveler information
  • Solid understanding of the travel industry particularly business and entertainment travel
  • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers
  • Teamwork skills and openness to receiving feedback

Job Duties

  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers both individuals and groups
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel including air, road, rail, and accommodations
  • Use Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) to manage bookings
  • Ensure compliance with customers' travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Use positive telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests
  • Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels
