Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related driving convictions in last 5 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- At least 18 years old

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership in military, athletics, or community organizations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment

- Participate in comprehensive management training program
- Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners
- Develop business through community relationships
- Learn and execute operations management of a branch
- Master skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and finance
- Cultivate and lead a team effectively
- Manage branch performance and grow market share
