Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or applicable work experience
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks from supervisors, staff members, and students

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred or applicable work experience
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles beneficial
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Leadership abilities and initiative in project planning
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to admissions
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Processing incoming documents including data entry, scanning, and linking to student records
  • Supporting the admissions process by advising students and managing communication
  • Assisting with prospective student visits and admission talks
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth entry for new students
  • Tracking inventory and placing orders for office and promotional materials
  • Managing admission vehicle reservations and maintenance
  • Supervising Student Ambassadors as needed
  • Scheduling campus visits and coordinating with coaches about recruits
  • Covering front desk duties such as answering calls and welcoming visitors
  • Assisting with event planning and other office tasks
  • Traveling minimally for recruiting and events
  • Managing college success test units
  • Performing data entry and weekly imports
  • Completing additional duties assigned by supervisors
