Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Banner and/or Slate preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm with a positive approach to work
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
- Professional demeanor with ability to deal with people courteously and tactfully
- Ability to work with diverse populations including students, faculty, and staff
- Strong information technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and integrated databases
- Ability to exceed recruitment goals and engage in creative problem solving
- Ability to contribute actively to the mission of the university

Job Duties
- Answer multiple phone lines, screen and refer calls, take messages for office
- Provide front-line assistance via in-person and digital engagement channels including phone, email, live chat, inbox, and Slate and Banner systems
- Assist in managing student ambassadors conducting campus tours and ensure excellent customer service
- Provide support for undergraduate admissions, graduate admissions, and financial aid during peak seasons
- Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors, greet them, answer routine questions, and distribute informational materials
- Provide logistical and clerical support for CVEEEM visits and events
- Participate in special admission events such as DUQ Days, Counselor Visits, and Admitted Student Days
