Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience including student recruitment sales
- Experience with CRM software, database and spreadsheets
- Relationship management and customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to identify problems or potential problems and develop and implement solutions

Job Duties
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment decision process
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound contacts daily
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Conduct communications via text, phone, and in-person campus visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
- Collaborate with other Enrollment Advisors and Enrollment Manager
- Adapt to business growth and changing priorities
