Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospitality cleaning setting is desirable
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Speaks and communicates English effectively in verbal and written format
- Reads and comprehends job-related information

Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms including bathrooms and common areas according to established protocols
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, waiting rooms, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces
- Clean and disinfect patient gyms ensuring exercise equipment and mats are hygienic
- Maintain office areas including staff offices, conference and break rooms by dusting and vacuuming
- Sanitize kitchen surfaces and appliances following food safety guidelines
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax, and buff floors throughout the facility
- Properly dispose of trash, biohazardous waste, and recyclable materials
- Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report malfunctioning cleaning equipment to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
