Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Experience in managing a production or manufacturing team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enforce safety policies and promote a safe working environment

- Knowledge of equipment maintenance practices

Job Duties
- Enforcing safety programs and policies
- Reporting injuries and correcting hazards
- Attending leadership and safety training
- Advising on maintenance of equipment or building repairs needed
- Conducting regular performance reviews
- Overseeing employee training programs for new hires
- Running coil plant operations within the budgeted labour standards
