Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • OSHA 10-hour certification
  • Experience in managing a production or manufacturing team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to enforce safety policies and promote a safe working environment
  • Capability to oversee training and development of employees
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance practices

Job Qualifications

  • OSHA 10-hour certification
  • Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles in manufacturing or production environments
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations

Job Duties

  • Enforcing safety programs and policies
  • Reporting injuries and correcting hazards
  • Attending leadership and safety training
  • Advising on maintenance of equipment or building repairs needed
  • Conducting regular performance reviews
  • Overseeing employee training programs for new hires
  • Running coil plant operations within the budgeted labour standards
