Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience as a Chief Engineer in a full-service hotel or multiple properties
- Ability to lead and manage maintenance staff
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering and maintenance
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications a plus
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience as a Chief Engineer in a full-service hotel or managing multiple properties
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, engineering, and hotel operations
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Relevant technical certifications preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for the hotel’s physical facilities
- Ensure upkeep and proper working condition of all guest and service areas
- Maintain standards, guidelines, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide quality customer service while assuring clean and safe environments
- Manage and lead the engineering and maintenance teams
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair work
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and resources
