Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance
hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
flexible availability including weekends
ability to lift 50 pounds
effective communication skills
reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience in general building maintenance or related trades
practical working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair tools
flexible availability for all shifts including weekends
friendly and professional attitude
good time management skills
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
ability to climb ladders and remain active throughout shift

Job Duties

respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
perform general repairs including drywall, painting, carpentry, and furniture touch-ups
conduct daily equipment checks to ensure functionality
perform mechanical and plumbing repairs such as HVAC maintenance, drain unclogging, faucet replacements, and basic toilet and sink maintenance
handle electrical tasks including replacing bulbs, ballasts, outlets, and switches
conduct regular preventative maintenance walk-throughs as directed
maintain cleanliness and safety of front-of-house and back-of-house areas
familiarize and respond to fire life safety equipment and emergency procedures
support additional projects assigned by maintenance or hotel management
