Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical tasks preferred
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 pounds

  • Proficiency with computer databases and standard office software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, and reservations
  • Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail
  • Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions
  • Follow all company policies and procedures and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and assist individuals with disabilities
