Job Requirements
- 9 years relevant experience with bachelors in related field
- 7 years relevant experience with masters in related field
- 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
- or high school diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
- must have an active secret clearance
- experience, understanding and/or background in AFI 11-215
- experience, understanding and/or background in AFT 00-5-3
- experience, understanding and/or background in DAFI 63-101/20-101
- understand the Flight Manual Manager, Flight Manual Program and TOMA responsibilities

Job Duties
- Design and develop system architectures and define key capabilities and performance requirements
- define total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements
- develop system element architecture and design and interface definitions
- define system implementation approach and operational concept
- develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development
- manage the technical content and format of assigned flight manual publications
- issue all ITOs/RACs affecting the assigned weapon system/commodity
- ensure new or modified flight manual data is verified promptly to prevent flight crew from operating aircraft without proper data in compliance with AFI DAFI 63-101/20-101
