Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or civil engineering or facilities/operations management
- Internship experience
- Three to five years of experience in facilities engineering
- Entry-level experience with SolidWorks/CAD software, DraftSight, and facility layout design
- Experience in project management, communication with vendors, and use of Gantt charts

Job Duties
- Provide CAD and manual drafting support for maintenance, office, and production projects including long-range planning
- Assist and direct construction-related projects, departmental moves, and capital equipment reallocations or additions
- Provide cost estimates and project coordination for plant and maintenance improvements at all facilities
- Work with outside contractors and suppliers, purchasing materials and services required for assigned responsibilities
- Provide technical support for plant operations, including drawings and maintenance assistance
- Assist in preparation of capital budgets for all departments
- Develop maintenance programs for buildings and grounds, evaluate re-roofing alternatives, and recommend corrective actions
