Job Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
  • Journeyman level experience and/or training required
  • Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handler's card
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with building management systems
  • Stationary Engineers license desirable but not required

Job Duties

  • Maintain and repair refrigerator equipment, boilers, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
  • Fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment such as mechanical devices, motors, and pumps throughout the facility
  • Respond to customer requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and courteous manner
  • Assist in the installation, removal, or relocation of electronic equipment according to priorities
  • Repair minor damage to property electronic equipment (excluding slot machines and computers) by fixing parts and wiring and replacing components
  • Repair and install structural woodwork and equipment and assist in preparing wall surfaces for painting and wall covering
  • Perform upholstery work on hotel and casino chairs, sofas, gaming tables/layouts, restaurant booths, and equipment
  • Install and maintain tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles
  • Examine and perform preventative maintenance on electronic equipment including fire alarms and satellite systems
  • Perform maintenance painting and carpentry to meet specifications
