Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
- Journeyman level experience and/or training required
- Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handler's card
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with building management systems
- Stationary Engineers license desirable but not required

Job Duties
- Maintain and repair refrigerator equipment, boilers, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
- Fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment such as mechanical devices, motors, and pumps throughout the facility
- Respond to customer requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist in the installation, removal, or relocation of electronic equipment according to priorities
- Repair minor damage to property electronic equipment (excluding slot machines and computers) by fixing parts and wiring and replacing components
- Repair and install structural woodwork and equipment and assist in preparing wall surfaces for painting and wall covering
- Perform upholstery work on hotel and casino chairs, sofas, gaming tables/layouts, restaurant booths, and equipment
- Install and maintain tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles
- Examine and perform preventative maintenance on electronic equipment including fire alarms and satellite systems
- Perform maintenance painting and carpentry to meet specifications
