Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
- Demonstrated successful journeyman level experience or training
- Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handler's card
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experienced in building management systems
- Stationary Engineers license desirable but not required

Job Duties
- Maintain and repair refrigerator equipment, boilers, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
- Fabricate, repair, and maintain mechanical devices, motors, and pumps throughout the facility
- Respond to customer requests for maintenance assistance providing timely and expert service
- Assist in the installation, removal or relocation of electronic equipment
- Repair all property electronic equipment except slot machines and computers by fixing minor parts and wiring issues
- Repair and install structural woodwork and prepare wall surfaces for painting and wall covering
- Perform upholstery work on hotel and casino furniture and gaming tables
- Install and maintain tile, marble, carpet, and carpet tiles
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on electronic equipment like fire alarms and satellite systems
- Perform maintenance painting and carpentry tasks according to specifications
