Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- demonstrated successful journeyman level experience and/or training
- ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handlers card
- must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced in building management systems
- a stationary engineers license is desirable but not required

Job Duties
- Maintain and repair refrigerator equipment, boilers, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
- fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment such as mechanical devices, motors, and pumps throughout the facility
- respond to customer requests for maintenance assistance in a courteous, timely, and expert manner
- assist in the installation, removal, or relocation of electronic equipment according to established priorities
- fix all property electronic equipment except slot machines and computers by repairing minor damage and replacing failed components
- repair and install structural woodwork and equipment and prepare wall surfaces for painting and wall covering
- perform upholstery work on hotel and casino furniture including chairs, sofas, gaming tables/layouts, and restaurant booths
- install and maintain tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles
- examine and perform preventative maintenance checks on various types of electronic equipment such as fire alarms and satellite systems according to schedules
- perform maintenance painting and carpentry to meet specifications
