Job Requirements
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree preferred
- At least 2 years of work-related experience in commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving concerns of co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at the scheduled time unless otherwise directed
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree preferred

- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure a welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology efficiently
- Answer incoming calls with friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Keep all workspaces, front and back of house, clean and well-organized
- Participate in teamwork to clean guest rooms and public areas as needed
- Always greet guests warmly, even while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed, and wear a nametag
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate effectively to create a welcoming guest environment and a positive workplace
- Respond to guest repair requests promptly and document completion
- Keep preventative maintenance work up to date following the hotel’s PM program
- Follow safety and health codes rigorously, including pool and spa area protocols
- Report any emergency or safety concerns promptly
- Conduct full property walks at the start and end of shifts, noting maintenance needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas during and after shifts
