Job Description
The hotel is currently seeking a driven Engineer to join their maintenance team. This key role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the property. The Engineer will conduct regular inspections, perform routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with outside contractors for larger repairs or installations. Job Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all systems as needed
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that arise with the systems
- Coordinate with outside contractors as needed for larger repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Respond promptly to any emergency situations that arise
- Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed
