Job Requirements
- Must have technical, trade or vocational school degree preferred
- Must have at least 2 years of related work experience in commercial facility, hospitality or related field
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful and high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening, understanding, clarifying and resolving concerns
- Must be able to convey information clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be willing to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Must arrive and clock in on time and clock out at scheduled shift end
- Must clock in/out for breaks as scheduled
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out
Job Qualifications

- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality in clocking in and out of shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests’ names whenever possible to ensure proper welcome
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and use relevant technology for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- Keep all areas clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests during cleaning by name if possible
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear approved clean uniform and be well-groomed with a nametag and smile
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional role
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Respond to guest repair requests and document completion
- Keep preventive maintenance work up to date according to hotel program
- Follow safety and health codes including pool and spa regulations
- Report emergencies to supervisors and general manager
- Conduct full property walks at beginning and end of shifts
- Maintain clean and well-organized maintenance areas during and after shift
