- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs

Job Duties
- Conduct room preventive maintenance of hotel rooms, building and equipment
- Replacing of broken bedroom fixtures and fittings
- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance
- Ensure all job tasks relating to guest comfort and guest satisfaction are treated with utmost priority
- Perform preventive maintenance in all areas of the hotel, including front and back of the house
- Comply with all statutory local legislation and regulation, particularly building fire safety regulations
- Take responsibility for equipment onsite ensuring that they are maintained and ready to use at all times
- Be available for weekends and holidays based on operation requirements
- Follow Marriott’s customer service principles and brand standards
