Job Requirements
- technical, trade or vocational school degree preferred
- at least 2 years of related work experience in commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- effective listening, conflict resolution and communication skills
- desire to serve all guests
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- punctual arrival and departure for shifts
- adherence to clocking in/out procedures for breaks
- timely notification for call outs

Job Duties
- greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- work collaboratively to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- support all groups and events at the hotel
- answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- greet every guest happily by name while cleaning
- complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- wear clean, approved uniform and maintain personal grooming standards
- communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- demonstrate a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional roles
- work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- respond to guest repair requests promptly and document completion
- keep preventative maintenance work up to date as per schedule
- follow all safety and health codes, report emergencies immediately
- conduct full property walks at the beginning and end of shifts, documenting issues
- keep maintenance areas clean and well-organized during and after shifts
