Job Requirements
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree preferred
- At least 2 years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns from co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled time
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Respond to all guest repair requests and document completion through the electronic work order platform
- Keep up to date with preventative maintenance tasks for rooms and public spaces as per the hotel program
- Ensure adherence to all safety and health codes including pool and spa areas
- Conduct full property walks at the beginning and end of shifts and complete necessary maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas during and after shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance
