Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent aviation maintenance (A&P/AMT license) or related field
  • two years related aircraft maintenance experience preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
  • excellent computer skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to travel occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent aviation maintenance (A&P/AMT license) or related field
  • two years of related aircraft maintenance experience preferred
  • related aircraft maintenance or manufacturing experience acceptable
  • strong customer service experience
  • ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
  • excellent computer skills
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Analyze gas path performance data to identify premature engine deterioration and recommend maintenance according to OEM instructions
  • provide technical support to customers and internal departments regarding engine performance
  • recommend system improvements and validate new software features
  • support development of new products and services
  • maintain accurate records of customer communications
  • stay current with applicable OEM and engine model maintenance program requirements
