Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent aviation maintenance (A&P/AMT license) or related field
- two years related aircraft maintenance experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
- excellent computer skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to travel occasionally

- two years of related aircraft maintenance experience preferred
- related aircraft maintenance or manufacturing experience acceptable
- strong customer service experience
- ability to analyze and interpret large data sets

Job Duties
- Analyze gas path performance data to identify premature engine deterioration and recommend maintenance according to OEM instructions
- provide technical support to customers and internal departments regarding engine performance
- recommend system improvements and validate new software features
- support development of new products and services
- maintain accurate records of customer communications
- stay current with applicable OEM and engine model maintenance program requirements
