Job Requirements
- Must be outgoing and social individual
- Must complete all pre-hire requirements including criminal background clearance
- Must pass criminal background check and health screening including physical and TB tests
- Ability to work weekday weekend or combination schedules
- Must comply with health and safety protocols including vaccination and PPE use
- Must be highly motivated and able to work with little direction
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Senior living industry experience preferred
- Customer service experience in similar setting such as luxury hotel day spa or country club required
- Proficiency with current technology and applications
- Sales or marketing experience in related field highly desirable
- Ability to coordinate events or activities a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with urgency when needed
Job Duties
- Use magnetic personality to create positive relationships with new residents assisting in pre-move-in process and communications
- Provide personalized new resident orientation to help acclimate residents to apartment community activities fellow residents and team members
- Maintain daily interactions with residents during first 30 days ensuring engagement in activities social networking and use of community amenities
- Identify residents at risk of departure and develop personalized re-engagement strategies
- Coordinate with families and internal teams to support transition and ongoing resident needs
- Monitor resident satisfaction and adjust outreach as needed to exceed expectations
- Use technology to connect seniors to applications for maintaining communication
