Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in high-volume restaurant management
- must have at least 3 references from former supervisors
- patient and thoughtful leadership style
- ability to inspire and develop a team
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work 45-55 hours per week
- ability to handle stress maturely
- experience with scratch kitchen or BOH operations
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
- strong knowledge of P&L, sales, and operations
- proven ability to coach and develop teams
- experience with inventory management and scheduling
- background in back-of-house operations
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Lead daily restaurant operations
