Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in high-volume restaurant management
  • must have at least 3 references from former supervisors
  • patient and thoughtful leadership style
  • ability to inspire and develop a team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • availability to work 45-55 hours per week
  • ability to handle stress maturely
  • experience with scratch kitchen or BOH operations

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
  • strong knowledge of P&L, sales, and operations
  • proven ability to coach and develop teams
  • experience with inventory management and scheduling
  • background in back-of-house operations
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
