Job Requirements
- At least 3 years in a high volume management position
- Must have at least 3 references from former supervisors
- Seeking patient and thoughtful leaders who want to inspire, develop and coach a team
- Ability to handle stressful and fast-paced environments maturely
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Must be empathetic and a positive role model
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years in high-volume restaurant management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong understanding of profit and loss management
- Experience with sales, inventory, and scheduling
- Scratch kitchen and back-of-house operations knowledge
- Ability to work 45-55 hours per week including flexible shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations and manage restaurant shifts
- Inspire and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and sales operations
- Coach and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Prioritize staff well-being and foster a positive work environment
