Job Requirements
- At least 3 years in a high volume management position
- must have at least 3 references from former supervisors
- seeking patient and thoughtful leaders who want to inspire and develop a team
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
- strong understanding of profit and loss statements
- experience with sales and operations management
- skilled in inventory control and scheduling
- proven ability to coach and develop staff
- experience in scratch kitchen and back-of-house operations
- excellent communication and leadership skills
