Job Requirements
- Licensure appropriate to the position applied for
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50lb emergency response bag
- Strong communication skills
- Technological proficiency including EMR software
- Positive attitude with the ability to have fun
- Availability to work on a PRN basis
Job Qualifications
- Valid licensure as EMT, Paramedic, or LVN
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong computer and EMR software skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
- Experience in occupational health or emergency medicine is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Participate in daily operations at Medcor's on-site clinic
- Provide superior customer service to Medcor's client and employees
- Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor's Evidence Based Medicine protocols
- Build and maintain internal team relationships
- Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts
- Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
- Documentation of care using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
- Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
- Case management
- Medical charting
- OSHA record-keeping
