Job Requirements
- Be able to operationally lead and support a clinic team
- Have valid licensure for the position in which you are applying and current CPR/BLS certification
- Have strong computer and other technology skills
- Be strong enough to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a positive and outgoing personality

Job Qualifications
- Valid EMT, Paramedic, or LPN licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong computer and technology skills including familiarity with electronic medical records software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to lead and support a clinic team
- Experience in occupational health or emergency medicine preferred
- Comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment
Job Duties
- Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations
- Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees
- Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols
- Build and maintain internal team relationships
- Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
- Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety and environmental practices
- Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinic issues
- Document and manage information using electronic medical records software
- Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings
- Perform physical assessment testing
- Manage case management activities
- Perform OSHA record-keeping
- Carry out general administrative duties
