Job Requirements
- Have valid licensure for EMT or Paramedic
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50lb emergency response bag
- Comfortable working in construction environment
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care
- Ability to climb stairs and work at heights
- Availability to pick up shifts on an as-needed basis
Job Qualifications
- Valid EMT or Paramedic licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in emergency medicine or critical care preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Comfortable working in construction environments is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical records software is a plus
Job Duties
- Participate in daily operations at Medcor's on-site clinic
- Provide superior customer service to Medcor's clients and employees
- Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor Evidence Based Medicine protocols
- Build and maintain internal team relationships
- Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
- Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings
- Document care using electronic medical records and other tools
- Perform physical assessment testing
- Manage workers compensation cases
- Maintain medical charting and OSHA record-keeping
