Job Requirements

  • Valid EMT or Paramedic licensure
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Physical ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
  • Willingness to work at heights and climb stairs
  • Ability to work in construction environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Availability for variable, as-needed shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Valid EMT or Paramedic licensure
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience in emergency medicine or critical care preferred
  • Familiarity with EMR software a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a construction environment
  • Positive and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • Participate in daily operations at Medcor's on-site clinic
  • Provide superior customer service to Medcor's client and employees
  • Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor Care Protocols
  • Build and maintain internal team relationships
  • Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
  • Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings
  • Document care using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
  • Perform physical assessment testing
  • Manage workers' compensation cases
  • Maintain medical charting and OSHA record-keeping
