Job Requirements

  • Possess and maintain a valid telephone number
  • Be available to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Provide copy of EMT or Paramedic certification
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments
  • Commitment to adhere to dress and behavior codes
  • Willingness to participate in required trainings and meetings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certification for EMT or Paramedic licensing
  • Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and medical equipment
  • Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with the public and staff
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Ability to handle stressful and emergency situations calmly

Job Duties

  • Inspect the facility before and during events for safety hazards
  • Administer emergency first aid to guests or employees
  • Use and maintain emergency medical equipment proficiently
  • Complete and submit accurate medical emergency and accident reports
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and provide directions professionally
  • Monitor crowd adherence to building policies and event-specific rules
  • Attend pre-event trainings and participate in safety meetings
